Bad Service with bad attitude

Yesterday I went to Spar Store at Orchards to buy Chacoal and the price I saw on the shelve was R 34.99 but surprisingly when I pay for it I was charged R 41.99 and tried to raise the concern on the discrepancy with Spar Supervisor by the name of Jappie.

The response I got from Jappie was that he's not going to give me the Chacoal for that price and had to pay R 41.99,and by law this is unacceptable to to advertise something on a certain price but when you get to the tills and you're charged a different price.

Kindly look into this matter and revert back to me with feedback and if you need proof of the price advertised on their shelves I have as well as their till slip.
