Complaint to manager does not help. Tellers have a terrible attitude

Again this morning went to Spar to buy the essentials. Wanted to give my cell number for my rewards and she said pay first then I will do it. How do you get your rewards after payment, the teller next doorvtried to help her and Glen she says see I have to swipe your card. Then problems with the card machine. Asked to speak to manger and they refused to call him.

Previous problem was with getting pre paid electricity. The tellers are to busy talkining amongst themselves or wanting to help other customers.

This is the last time they will see me
