Bad service Spar - Glenwood

I have never experienced such bad service as well as being accused of being a ****. We placed an order Saturday 29th Feb to collect Sunday 1 March at Glenwood Spar. When I got to the store to collect the staff denies ever taking the order the lady Precious who we placed the order with denies taking the order. The Manager on duty at the Deli never apologised to me & looked at me like I was insane when it is her staff who is ***********. I am really disgusted in the way I was dealt with
