Bad service Spar Campus Square Melville

Unfortunately a negative experience. The lady behind the cigarette counter is distinterested, doesn't give her customers attention, is unfriendly, slow and has an attitude that she's doing her customers a favour. When you speak to her she stares at you and takes a while to respond. She doesn't communicate clearly, and because of that I waited 20 minutes for my purchase to be delivered to me, only to be told that it was not available. Secondly, their trading hours are from 07:00 in the morning, however at 08:00 the customers could not get to the till as the ladies were cleaning the floors right by the counter. Who does their planning like that????? We could not get served which added to the frustration with the lady mentioned above. The ladies cleaning did not care that customers wanted to get to the till, and slowly slowly slowly slowly continued cleaning the floor. A customer walked over the wet section, left marks on the floor, and the same sloooooooow lady then proceeded to start again. OMG. Should this not be done before the store opens for business? What type of retail store ignores their customers, employ people in customer facing positions that should never ever be customer facing, and stop customers from getting to the till to pay for their purchases?

Clearly Spar Melville does not care about business, and their only aim is to please their staff.

I won't ever go back to that Spar again.
