Bad service Silver Oaks Spar

My 3year old daughter accidentally broke 3 glasses and the supervisor was so rude, I tried asking if they can't put them on shrinkage stock but was told your daughter broke them, you pay for them. Silver Oaks Spar treated me bad even staff was shocked that it turned out that way
