Bad Service Gordon Road Super Spar

On my way to work this morning, I went into the Super Spar in Gordon Road to purchase a few things. I selected what I needed and made my way to the quick check out till. The cashier was busy trying to sort out a problem with a lady who wanted to purchase a loaf of bread. This took at least 15 minutes. She told me to go to the other cashiers which I did and I was told by the first one that she was waiting for a customer who forgot something and was coming back. This took forever and I then went to the next cashier and was told the same thing. By that time I was late for work and I went back to the first cashier who was still busy with the lady trying to purchase a loaf of bread. I then went to one of the manager's (namely Byron Mathews) and asked him what am I supposed to do now as I was late for work and could not wait any longer. He was totally disinterested He told me to go back to the the previous cashiers and made some pathetic excuse but did not even offer an apology to me or try and assist me in any way. I cannot believe that customers can be treated so badly and I will never go back to that Spar which indeed should not be called a Super Spar.
