Manager is Nicholas who shows absolutely no compassion and laughed at me in my face when I showed the online store times, and then immediately discussed me in a negative way in his native tongue with his co-workers thinking I won't understand his language...

Im highly disgusted with your conduct and, after 21 years supporting Murrayfield KwikSpar, will never support you guys again. Same goes for all my family and friends in the area, as well as the big company right next door to you because I'll make sure to tell them all about my bad experience tonight.
