Bad Service From Management (Mooikloof Spar)

<p>I went to Mooikloof Spar on the 24-11-2016 to purchase a few things. I came accross where the Bacon is on special. I've decided to take a pack for the price as given on the shelf. When I need to pay, i've realised that the price is more than it's stating on the shelf. I've told the lady who assisted me at the till, that on the shelf it's stating that the item is on special. Her fellow assistant (I think it may be the floor manager) she came and check if it is on special or not. She revert back to her Manager where he came to me and told me that this item is not on special. After a conversation, i told him, that the price on the shelf stating it's on special.</p> <p> </p> <p>He disagree with me, and told me straight the following "Sir you have to read what the specials are" He told me even that he went to the shelf to check the price, by the time he was called, the Manager was in not on his way to the shelf to chekc pricing, he was talking to his fellow employee regarding my matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not satisfied with the service I got from Mooikloof Spar, specially the service of the Manager. Pathetic service. Once I told him, "I will never support you guys again, I would rather support Moreleta Park Spar" he said "You may Sir"</p> <p> </p> <p>My opinion, he does not have Managerial s****s to walk the extra mile for his clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this out ASAP and provide me propper feedback on what will be the next step to Report this Manager to his Directors and CEO members of Spar.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your urgent feedback will be highly appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
