Bad service from Kutlwano

I just came from Spar Lanseria. Kutlwano the cashier has got a very bad attitude and doesn't have good customer service. She didn't greet me nor ask if I needed a plastic bag. Instead she just ****med a bag while chatting to her colleague. Two customers walked in and she said: Spar customers, you'll see them... 18h40 walking in(direct translation). I really felt unappreciated as a customer. I hope she fixes her attitude. Customers make business.
