Bad service from Elardus Park Spar

had the worsening experience in that store. first of all,they're hiring people to work as security for the store. who are *********** and rude towards customers. The 2 guards were screaming at me while I tried to leave the store. they were accusing me of *****ing iteams,they were harassing me without proof. when I asked to speak to the store manager,all of the sudden he/she could not be found. they have hired people with no qualifications to work in those positions and one of the security guard wanted to pepper spray my face. that's when I told them I will sue the store and wanted to call the police as whatever they did today was pure harassment. I wanted to speak to the store manager but with no luck as she or he run for cover coz they know that they have hired people with with NO qualifications and I'm 100%sure they don't even have the right paper's to be in the country. I will be taking this future for investigations coz something doesn't add up.why would there be no manager on duty to resolve such situations. Every disappointed as I just stay few blocks away and I always do my shopping there. Will definitely be reporting this to the police as I was assaulted.
