Bad service from cashier

The cashier by the name of Sthembile was working at an express till said I should go and pay at the next till because I had a lot of items. I explained that I only have a few items (less than 10) in the trolley and the rest are not mine ,my uncle will pay separately for his items we're just sharing a trolley. She said it's still a problem because I have eggs and milk in the trolley,I asked how that is a problem since the issue was about the number of items to pay.Before I could pay ,2 of her colleagues came and paid for their items before me, jumping the queue. When I questioned her she said they're Superspar employees which means they have a right to jump the queue. After the colleagues finished paying she left us without letting us know where she is going. When I asked she said I talk too much ,if I have a problem I should report her to the manager.
