Bad service from Alice Spar Eastern Cape

So yesterday the cashier at Spar Kwantu Mall, Alice wanted to void something for me... She rang the bell a couple of times for the manager to come and he was just there five feet away from us and this young lady wouldn't shout his name... My friend and I did and his response was he is waiting to hear the bell ring. This lady rings it again.. He walks over slowly as if we have the whole day... I then tell him that I find what he did to be so disrespectful guess what he says in response "Little girl born yesterday and thinks she knows everything" and gave me a dirty look and walked away... A white man saying that to me still does not sit right with me, please help me with this matter. Because obviously he feels in control, entitled, untouchable etc
