Bad service

I ordered spar milk that was on special yesterday 2 for 3 I paid my order yesterday, to my surprise this morning I received a call from spar Rynfield saying that because my order will be delivered today they I won’t get the 3rd pack of milk is that fine or I can cancel my order. My order was cancelled however ever a friend of mine a different spar and her order was delivered today with all 3 packs of milk. I ‘ m not impressed by the service received from spar Rynfield and the manner of approach that was used by the lady who called me she was very rude as I was explaining to her that I paid for everything before the store was even closed.
