Bad service

Went to Spar in Katlehong I tried to purchase using QR scanner it wasn't working and they can't withdraw cash send. Politely asked the cashier to keep things for me as IL go withdraw and IL be back in 10 min. I came back within 5 min my things were not there, cake was squashed in a trolley. I asked where my things are she rudely pointed the trolley full of staff. I asked why did she remove she said they remove things in 30 min. I told her I literally too 4 min I went straight to the bank and came back she didn't care she said go fetch your things and continued with other customers. Spar has the worst service
