Bad service

I bought things at Spar Tops Linton Friday electricity went off while my receipt was printing when it went on again the till showed I didn't pay and the amount that was showing was high a manager was called she came with the attitude the cashier explained in English and manager spoke Afrikaans she took the phone and phoned someone els speaking Afrikaans I don't hear a thing drop the phone and said I can take my thing must bring bank statement and I ask her are you not gonna take my details she didn't answer I left came back Saturday with the bank statement Tops manager went and called another manager she took my banking statement and looked at it she explained something that I didn't understand because bank statement showed the money went through she took my bank my number said shshe'going to call me till today
