Bad Service

On the 31 of December I went to spar lifestyle centre did a transaction and it declined to my suprise money was taken out from my account and mind you I payed cash after they said it declined . I sent them my statement and it does show that money was taken from my account..Riona has been assisting me calling me thank you for that but it ended up where i have to do the run arounds with no luck of the money being reversed to my account today it’s the 24 and no money has been reversed I was told Natasha was gonna call me up until now I haven’t received any call from her and no money on my account
