Bad service delivery

I had the terrible and embarrassing experience at Tops Bel Air in Northriding. A friend of mine and myself had just purchased some drinks and decided we want to add on some cigars. The lady at the teller advised us to go look at the cigar lounge in the store at 7:55pm.<br> The manager, Dube asked if we needed some assistance and we said we were still deciding what to buy. The gentleman then came back in five minutes and asked to leave the store. He then went to call security accusing us of trying to *****. This statement really offended us as we were still in the consideration process of purchasing. We eventually left without buying the cigars because this gentleman was getting very Iaggressive. Fortunately I managed to take a video footage of his actions.<br> <br> This man has no right to talk to customers in this kind of manner. I am very dissapointed as I know Tops works hard to get and retaun customers. Please can this be addressed as this is unacceptable behavior.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Vusi
