Bad service

Your ramsgate branch owner and it's management honestly do not care about it's customers. Considering it is the only shop closest to me I support your branch everyday. You have a satellite fnb atm in that branch and it is always empty or offline. This gives people false hope that they are going to be served with a smile. Unfortunately according to it's owner they can do everything else but receive ewallet. Considering the health factor I am currently dealing with and could not walk another six kilometers to another fnb to draw Money to come back to support that branch again. The deli staff are rude at the best of times and serve their race first and the management don't take complaints seriously. When I confronted the store owner his attention and attitude was a don't give a ****.. Spar you really need to consider who you allow to buy into your brand as they carry your name. This store only caters for the rich and the holiday makers forgetting about the locals who are the reason why that store is there.
