Bad service

Yesterday I went to spar at Chris Hani crossing with my wife to buy couple of things. The experience was so dissapointing at the till point. We arrived at the till and there was only customer infront of us which the cashier was helping, after the said customer was helped and the transaction was finalized we proceeded to the till point to be served. My wife greeted her and the response was unclear and I also greeted and the response was the same. It was as if she was angry or tired, very unfriendly. All items were scanned and I asked her to please give a R100 cashback and she never acknowledged me I then ask for the second time if she heard me and responded "yes". After scanning the last item she never told me I can swipe my card for payment I had to ask her if I can now put my card into the pin Pont for payment and she responded "yes". I was so disappointed in the service we got from her and as we were walking out of store my wife started asking me if I saw how unfriendly the cashier was and I responded yes. The reason I'm giving this feedback is because we could have gone to SHOPPRITE, Boxer and or Pick n Pay but I chose Spar. The kind of experience we had yesterday will send customers to the above said competitor's. According to my receipt the cashier name registered is Kedibone Sotetsi.
