Bad Service at Vuwani Spar in Limpopo

I have experienced a very bad service with cashier lady by the name of Nelly at Vuwani Spar at Limpopo when i wanted to do cash back, she was very very rude to me that shows that she has no customer service skills and she doesn't fit to be a cashier as she is dealing with customers on a daily basis.I do not that me and my family will ever do shopping at that Spar.
