Bad service at spar queens corner pretoria

I have always enjoyed shopping at spar in queenswood pretoria until today morning when I went to take back wrong school shoe size which o bought in December I was rudely told I should have read tnc on the wall for returning the school school and should look for Bata shop to go exchange the shoes ,when I bought the shoes at spar nothing was communicated even the receipt doesn't say any of such ,this manager didn't even make any effort to help medium in size black man,since I bought the shoes at spar I should be able to take them back at spar why am I sent away to go look for Bata shop,I didn't even know about the promo was told after buying R1000 groceries, I'm very angry ....I want my refund or exchange ....I am very sure I will not enjoy shopping at spar queenswood anymore ,telling me why didn't I read the tnc on the wall ...it's my right to return any goods that is not used for the correct one....
