Bad service at Spar Ferndale shopping center

Bought apples (4pack) marked R21.99 and was charged R24.99 at the till. Only noticed this when I got home. Tried calling the store to make them aware of this but my call was cut off 6 times before a very unhelpful person answered and simple told me the price has increased.....end of story. Poor!!! Pathetic!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!! Spar stores will never see me again
