Bad service at SPAR

I work in Bellville and the nearest shop where I can but my lunch is SPAR, corner of Bill Bezuidenhout and Strand. I have been a loyal customer for more than 4 years but the service I got today was veeeeery poor.

I ordered a chicken cheese burger and when I got to work, there was no burger and only the bun. I had to walk back to the shop. I told the lady that served me that she gave me the wrong order. I had to convince her that there was no burger in the first place. After a few minutes she prepared the burger, not with the chicken schnitzel that I asked for but with chicken strips. The burger was a mess.

Not only did I waste my time by going back to the shop but the ladies that assisted were not even apologetic.

If this kind of service continues, that shop will lose a lot of customers.
