Bad Service At Renbro SuperSpar Hammanskraal On #BlackFriday

Went to Renbro SuperSpar in Hammanskraal to buy few things and proceeded to the cashier to pay. Stood there for a gud few minutes and when I was about to unpack my things on a counter, the cashier with a nametag of Omphile lacked decency to notify us that he was about to close for a short period. He jus decided to put a close sign and when I asked him why he doesn't communicate with his customer's then that's when he asked us to join another que. I complained and he decided to continue but communicated with the customer who was at his till in front of me to, I quote 'relax dear and take your time, don't rush. I want to make him impatient and go away.'..end of quote. I complained to his supervisor (was not wearing a nametag) and she failed to understand my complain and ignored me. They lacked proper customer service on a day like #BlackFriday
