Bad Service and weak Management

i went to spar round about passed 8 to buy a few groceries , after paying i asked for Vodacom airtime , the cashier showed me to the kiosk , i asked the kiosk ladies for airtime they told me they closed and ignored me and carried on counting the money , i asked the lady i paid at why she sent me to the kiosk and they tell me its closed, as far as i know Spar closes at 9pm and it was not 9 yet, and she just said Go buy airtime at the garage ,How dare you refer me to the garage , if i wanted to go to the garage i would go there im very disappointed and furious ,there are better ways to deal or explain stuff to customers , i asked the lady to speak to her manager and she just stood there and said she will look for him yet she didn't move , until after 10min the manager walked to the front i told him and he also just said its closed , yet i waited around more than 15 min with no assistance, i work with customers and give good customer service i wont allow someone to give me such terrible customer service , i wont advice my family members , friends and acquaintance to shop there anymore although I regularly shop there , but wont be going there soon , Sonpark spar sucks...
