Bad service. And time wasting .

Good evening i was in spar Zambezi to buy Electricity and when i approach the cashier Puseletso and i told her that i want to buy electricity she told me that they are off line. Then i asked for the manager then its were by i was assisted. Out of the blue the system its no longer offline. This was not the first time its the third time experiencing such service. Is this the way to chase customers away. Or it the way customer should be treated. Or is this the way cashiers are trained.
