BAD SERVICE AND STALE CAKES

On Saturday I went to Spar Ebony Park to buy some groceries as well as a UniPin. From what I know, Unipin is sold from the window outside. I bought my groceries and paid for them at the tills that were full with long queues. I didn't mind them because its month end. I then went outside to buy unipin. The lady blatantly refused to sell it to me telling me I should go back inside and it was packed. I also bought madeira a couple of time and it was stale to. Now I went to the lotto window to catch my ticket at 10:10am. I was told they open at 10 and it was already past 10. Spar just doesn't provide a good service. I don't know if they are taking advantage that they are in a black township they should give us a bad service because in other Spars you don't get such a bad service.
