Bad service and poor quality

I have bought a rotten meat without noticing. When I went to the shop the next day, I noticed that there were two more trays that were on their fridge. I called a guy by the name Alexes and he agreed that the meat was terrible and removed it.

When I went home I wrote on my whatsapp status regarding my experience and Alexes immediately called me to return the meat.

When I was a able to return the meat two days later. He was telling me about his boss not being happy about my status instead of being concern about the service they render and the quality of their goods.

As Alexes was talking to his boss, he told me NEVER to come at Spar in Grahamstown. It is very disappointing for a retail like Spar not to own up to their bad quality and restricts someone instead.

It became so obvious to me that my rights were not only compromised as a consumer, but my dignity was torn apart as I was told by Alexes not to come to Spar ever again.
