Bad service and no contact

I am still waiting for the voucher that was promised to me on 18 August 2019. Reference no: CC***. I can't get through to Mpumelelo Mhlophe who sent the email and I've left a message on the H/O no *** for a callback, but nothing happened. I am frustrated that I can't get hold of anyone at SPAR!
