Bad service and expired food

The Spar in Wierda Park (Bakenkop) should be closed. On the 26 Dec I bought expired milk which I didn't realise at the time, My wife realised the next day as she was about to open it returned the milk and complained. Because at the same time I.went to get two bags of potatoes...All the potatoes are expired. I complained to Manager and advised him that all the other spar in the surrounding areas are clean and look lime a woolies. He advised me why don't I buy from them if I don't like it there.....that not the point I can and I will...., but you can't sell expired stuff to people. The health department almost shut you down a month ago. why are you allowed to sell expired food. Why.
