Bad service and bad attitude

I am so disappointed in the Noordwyk Spar treatment and attitude. Today we had load shedding since 8 so I decided to go and get some meat to braai. I got there and the fridges were cleared. I asked the guy working by the deli for meat. He tells me they have moved the meat but not explaining why I then asked the lady at the tills where meat is she then directed me to the deli. At the deli they claim that the meat is finished I asked how come everyone has a different story. They then gave me so much attitude asking me what I feel they should do. They eventually said that the meat went bad. My main debate was why I was not told from the get go.... Iv been shopping at this Spar since 2005 so I'm very upset that I cud be treated this way... People skills and customer centricity should be taught here
