Bad service and attitudes

Spar had a special 3kg washing powder and get the 750ml hand wash liquid-free. I bought three 3kg washing powder 22 October 2015 the cashier said I must come back the Friday for the hand wash liquids . I went 4 times since the 22 October 2015 they still don't have stock this morning my husband just asked the Jullian one of the managers can he give us a time when the stock will come he got irritable and said how must he know cause the supplier is out of stock not once did the managers apologies for the bad service.Why put the products on special if you don't have stock in the first place then they have a attitude when the customer asked when will it come in for a product the customer paid for.I think Spart Florida Junction service is very bad as they at fault but get irritable with the customers question.<br> <br>
