Bad service

I bought electricity from Jimmy Spar, when I put it in it just wouldn't go through after many failed attempts, I went to them to get answers to only get bitten off by a guy called Snetemba telling me That there was nothing they could do, it's not their fault, I should go to the Municipality office if I want to and just leave them out of it. I tried to tell him why going to them was my first step but he just wouldn't listen...
