Bad Service

I went to Superspar bloedMall for a bill payment at the front desk the was only one cashier assisting using the last till just after queueing the very same cashier said we must go to the first till for assistance. What a bad service when we got to the first till for help i started complaining about poor service. cashier responded by saying if you have a complain just write it & put it in the complaint box that's what irritates me mostly.

You have to deal with this cashier accordingly. I think she doesn't know why she was hired, attitude is very bad no customer service at all.
