Bad service

We are encouraged to ask for cash back at the tills,which is actually good especially if you are doing groceries and want money for transportation,it saves you time of shopping swiping your card and standing in the line to withdraw money for transportation.Spar in Rosslyn refuses with a cash back,no matter how small it is.I wish they could publicly respond to this so that we know why,as I know that when they signed the agreement before opening that they have agreed to cater for the public, what has changed? imagine you just bought a trolley full of groceries and now you have to stand in a long que just to withdraw R50.00 for transportation..This people are ungrateful.
