Bad service

Greetings

Hope this mail finds you well, Well unfortunately my morning has been spoilt by one of your cashiers named Portia.

So when i got to her till she was having a chat to an old lady and by the time i put my staff down she had not even acknowledged me nor greet me she continued with her chat. I was actually at the store to buy food for my daughter as its her spots day,so i than remembered to get water so I quickly ran to the fridge.

Than only she greets me,after that she does not ask me if I want to use cash or card,actually had cash in my hand when she decided it will be a card payment so I said to myself ok card it is than,she didn't even ask if I have my rewards card which I ended up not using😕

Now because I was running late I asked for the small clear plastic which I had to ask her to pack my staff in it.

So as I walk out to get a straw on my way out I can hear her loudly talking about me to the guy that was behind me,so I than went back to and askes dear are you talking to me she says:"NO NOT TALKING TO YOU BUT ABOYT YOU,PEOPLE MUST NOT COME WITH THERE PROBLEMS FROM HOME AND GIVE IT TO OTHER PEOPLE" word for word.

Now I work in retail and deal with customers day in day out never will I give such service and even if customer is maybe not satisfied with my service cause you get those who expect 110℅ once they complain I acknowledge and apologize if they not pleased with me not what she did. Now sir in whatever decision or disciplinary she undertakers I expect an apology from her for ruining my morning and for attacking me for no apparent reason.
