Bad Service

I placed my online order with SPAR2U on the 27th of July, then i received a call that SPAR Ridgeway is not running the special. I asked them to cancel my order since they were not running the special. To date SPAR has not refunded my money, 1st time i contacted them i was told if i dont get my refund I should go to my bank by Shireece Somiah. I asked for proof of refund since my bank dont have a pending refund, and no one is getting back to me. SPAR is just quite with my money. Why do i need to follow up with my refund when you debited with no hustles?
