BAD SERVICE

Hello, My son bought mealy meal from Spar Lake Side Richards Bay at the end of August 2024,and I used it at home until I cooked it on Saturday, September 7th 2024, only to find that it was infested with worms. I call to express my dissatisfaction but am informed that we cannot assist you as you do not have the mealies packaging and receipt. I inquired why I would choose to call them out of all the spars available if I were lying . I work at the Municipality across and I purchase items from them regularly. I'm worried that if they truly wished to assist me, they could have carried out the following actions: Inquired whether he paid with cash or card. Verify transactions made on that particular day. At what time did he purchase the item? Watched their CCTV footage to see if my son was captured on camera with the product. Thatperson has a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and is eager to help and assist with any issues. We're discussing a health risk, but the individual is focused on protocols; I believe this is reckless, not just for me but for others facing a similar issue. Please help with finding a solution
