bad service

I went to spar mokopane to get a 2 items and also get a cash back,the 1st cashier said she doesn't have cash on her as she jst started working. I then went to the other cashier who gave me the same story then as I turned to look for another cashier that could assist the was this till that was opened and I could see the cash in her drawer.the money was enough for her to make the cash back. I asked her if she could pls help and she said she doesn't have the money n I explained to her and even pointed out that I could see the money. She said to me that's not how she works,she will not have money to help other customers who will b coming. I came first,do wat about me? How will she give them change. So at spar they first get lots of money before they can help the one customer that actually came first. If she did not have the money I would understand. It was there jst waiting for other customers to come in n get change. So wat am I. A needy person???.???.
