Bad service

I went to Spar today and saw they were making pancakes. I went to the lady and first asked if she was able to make me plain pancakes (no sugar). She immediately told me she had a large order she was busy making but with a attitude that suggested she didn't want to make any more after that. Then she started a conversation with the guy who made the large order ignoring me. I stood there for about 5 min then asked her if she was going to make me pancakes or not? Again she told me that I'll have to wait. I said it's fine I'll wait and I would like six pancakes. Then I left to do my other shopping. I was so irritated after that I just left the pancakes. I would think it's obvious that orders work like a que first comes first served. And even if you have a big order of 25, she told me, you would inform the costumer, that she did, and then still take their order not just ignore them.
