Bad service

Spar Tops in Karenpark closes at 20:00, got there at 19:48 doors were closed then security at the door didn't allow me go in and was giving us attitude saying that the remaining 12 minutes is for cleaning. Pity I can'tsend the pic of the security who did this, if I can send it through, please assist to do so.
