BAD SERVICE

I bought a big tin of Lactogen baby formula and before i opened it i realized that it is blocking my child's chest so because i had threw away the slip i called my spar and asked them if i could return the product. The person i spoke to said i could return it but they would exchange it for another item. When i went there I was informed by someone else that I cant return the item and the person i had spoke to was on leave. I was not impressed with that service so the next day I called spar and complaint about this. I was informed that the owner of that spar was going to call me but till today they haven't and its been two weeks now. I was given the reference number CC***
