Bad service..

I went to 5 Ways Spar in Empangeni this evening to get ice and cold drink. Standing in the que I realised I needed a 2lt coke so I noticed Chris the manager was free and standing behind the counter I asked if he would mind to please get me a 2lt coke as I didnt want to loose my place plus he was free to "help". His reply and I quote "you can get it yourself " wow I was shocked is this customer service??? I'll never spend another cent in that spar again. Thanks for nothing Chris....
