Bad service

Visited our local super spar in mosselbay Danova where the manager refused us and whole lot of customers entry into the store at 7:50 but the storr closing at 8. He told us that there's too much customers still inside and there tills needs too be off at 8 already so he have too draw the line. What bad customer service and bad for business. Then they shouldn't put on there trading hours till 8 oclock they should say doors closes at 7:50.
