Bad Service

we went to spar tonight and had a incident were with a packet of patties that we wanted to buy, but noticed that the price and kg was not correct so we asked the lady working at the butchery to weigh the packet for us to confirm, and as we suspected the weight was not correct so it was over priced so we asked to see the manager, a lady came to us (the manager as she said who she was) but not long after a man also joined the conversation not presenting himself to who he is, and then took over the whole conversation, never once to say sorry for the pricing or the fact that the packet also was past the sell by date that we also brought to his attention. He was very arrogant and very unhelpful and we then just left everything that we wanted to buy there, almost out the door we were informed by the man that he was not even the manager but only the security manager. This is very unacceptable that he then took part in a situation that was not part of what his job, and was now the reason we will not be returning to this Spar again. And then the manager that presented herself to us to has failed to be of any help. We have been customers of this Spar for years and we now are very sad to say we are very unhappy with this type of service!!!! they also just blamed the Spar DC that was responsible for this specific situation.i would like to send Photos of this Product and the guy ( security Manager Mr Gary ) that handled this situation.
