bad service

Im gift mnisi, ID No ********** 453089, cell No ********** 159. On the 12 march app**** for a loan at capitec, to my suprice i was told that im black listed by Avon. The sad part is that i never had an account with them. When i try to find out from avon they told that i do have an account, nd they check the address nd cell number was not mine.they ask me to do avidavit nd etc which i did. So i ask them to give the adress of that person to see if knor her/him, but they refuse and told me that they will investigate. Up until know i havent heared anything, nd its affecting me nd my family very badley cos i wanted some mone
