Bad service

Very dissapointed by "some" SPAR Ebony Park Midrand staff. For 2nd time within a space of 2 days I'm getting what i would decribe as a bad service not just to me but to people that i was with..on the section of lotto and hollywoodbets side..the service is so poor that the lady that works on hollywoodbets P.O.S is for ever away,when asking where she's at, the answer from lady that operate Lotto POS is "she's comming back"Saturday me and other customers spend about 40min waiting to be assisted, bear in mind we not there to borrow money from no 1 but we there to spend our own hard earned money,why must i soend hours to spend my money,we ended up complain inside the store..she then come later on. Clearly the problem was not solve because today i was there to buy food..good service from inside the store quick and efficiency, i then decided to go buy voucher on the side of Lotto guess what the lady that operate POS for hollywood was yet again not there and same answers the other lady "she's comming" i spend about 30min to buy a voucher..thats so unprofessionally when she come back sh did not even apologize for making us to stand for that long..Her name is Juliana..i told her i was gonna report her,she said why i report her alone ,why must i not report SPAR as whole..i mean other people didn't do nothing..there's no respect for customer on that department its really sad that people must wait hours just because staff members don't respect their duties its so dissapointing..im really not happy with the servece on that side..people disrespect their work and time of customers.
