Bad service

Well I reside just behind Spar , its most convenient for household supplies at its da nearest . Go da all da tym but this morning was served by Some Rude ***** Betty , over some silly basket over da kiosk counter !!!! Somehow she felt like we all work @ Spar or shud know how they operate , shouted when addressing me to put out my groceries from da shopping basket , which I turned to ask why is she now shouting unnecessarily ?? Which she just looked at me , I then asked if is that how she was trained to treat customers ?? With attitude she asked who trained her coz she never received any training ! ****** cared less even when I asked about her / store manager, but I soon understood why that reaction when I finally approached the \manager/supervisor "Nelson .
