Bad service

<p>on the 01/02/2017 around 08:10 I went to spar west wood, I bought koek sister when i get to the office I placed them in the fridge and later on I wanted to eat only for my suprise I found a rouch inside the pack, I then drove back to the store to complain to the manager he then said its a 3rd party product its not for spar and they will refund me and he took me to the cashier and he left me there without even apologiesing, I was wondering if the butchery at spar are they owning the farms or producing soap or watever they selling when the manager talked about 3rd party, we need to be careful what we buy at SPAR WEST WOOD at boksburg those guys dont have customer service, they need to check where they buy thier food because i went to spar not at some back room to buy Koek sister. </p>
