Bad service

<p>I have had it up to my head with the Spar in Murrayfield, Rossouw street, Pretoria.</p> <p> </p> <p>First of all, the sell old food (e.g. vienna rolls) for the same price as the fresh ones</p> <p>Secondly, the staff working there have very bad attitudes. The ones working in the back with the food don't know how to treat their customers and they forget about orders that you requested hours in advance. The staff working at the tills are not much better. The attitude makes you want to leave your things just their and leave the store. And also they must learn how to work with one's bank card. DO NOT TOUCH THE CHIP. Take with two finger or let me insert it in the macine.</p> <p>Thirdly, the prices on the shelf is a disaster. Many times the price on the shelf (with same product code and description) will scan different at the till, then the lady at the till will give you this attitude when you tell her that is not the price you saw. Also they will put the wrong price at the wrong item. Most of the time you are in a hurry then you see the product, you see the price, you take the product and go, just to get at the till and to discover thet either the price or the product were at the wrong place. </p> <p> </p> <p>But most of all, the attitude of the people working with the food in the back and the ladies at the till must get a grip or they must go look for a job where they do not need to work with customers. </p>
